Terms and conditions
- Sevices exceeding six hours : an extra €25 will be charged for each additional hour.
- For multi-lingual services, an extra €25 will be charged for each additional language/hour (excluding cruise-boats).
- All costs for commuter guides (Transfer, board and lodging) will be charged to the customer.
- Services will not start earlier than 07:00 a.m. ; in absence of useful links of pubblic transport allowing the guide to welcome the group at scheduled time of arrival, any costs of transfer,board and lodging of the evening before the arrival of the group will be charged to the customer.
- Working day will not finish later than 07:00 p.m. If the guide will have to work over that time, an extra €50 fee will be charged.
- For Tour services the applied fare will always be full-day fare.
- For Tour services cancelled by the customer one week before the start of the service, and for each daily service cancelled by the customer 24 hours before, the guide is entitled to compensation for loss of earnings equal to 50% of the amount of the service calculated on the basic rate.
All Tourist Guides belonging to the Sardinian Tourist Guides Regional Association (A.R.G.T.S.) are strictly bound by compliance with the established minimum rates.
